1. MITT is a Owner and middleman to help you book cabs with us and third party cab operators online. We have our owned cars and provide the facility of vehicle booking through third party car/cab/taxi operators. |

MITT will issue a valid booking receipt / ticket . In the event of cancellation of a booking, we will refund and provide support to you in accordance with the stated Cancellation Policy. Additionally we shall provide support and information to customers in case of delays / inconvenience |
Additionally, MITT cannot be held liable for |
- Cab reaching the pick-up destination late
- Rude / Unacceptable behavior of the driver
- Service provided by the cab operator or the quality of the cab being below the customer's expectation
- Cancellation of booking by the Cab Operator due to unavoidable reasons
- The specific route taken by the Cab driver from the pick-up to the drop location and back where applicable
- Customer's baggage getting lost, stolen, damaged or experiencing change of any kind
- Cab operator deciding on changing the cab in unavoidable circumstances
- Any loss or damage, howsoever caused or suffered by the Customer arising out of the use of cab service offered by MITT

2. At the time of booking, you will have to pay MITT for availing services. The charges include:
- 15% of the total expected fare after the confirmation of booking a cab through us, as "booking amount"

3. The fare calculation is based on an approximate distance calculated and it may change as per the route taken. Customer will pay the actual fare amount after deducting initial booking charges except convenience charges. |

4. Customers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the cab:
- The booking receipt (booking print out of the booking receipt e-mail).
- Valid Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card) that is not expired.
If customer fails to present in any of these documents he / she may not allowed to board the cab. |

5. Customer agrees that he / she will pay inter-state taxes, permit fees, parking fees, toll taxes, etc. on actual journey. Customer also agrees to pay night charges and waiting charges as applicable. |

6. In the event that a booking confirmation e-mail is delayed or fails due to unavoidable reasons or because an incorrect e-mail ID / phone number was provided by the user etc, the journey will be considered 'booked' as long as it shows up on the confirmation page of www.carrentalatjodhpur.com. |

7. If you choose to revise the services (travel period or days), you would have to discuss and agree with the cab driver a revised fare in good faith. |
|
8. Customer accepts that a modification will be treated as a cancellation of a previous booking in accordance with the Cancellation Policy and a new booking for the revised itinerary will be registered. |

9. Customer accepts the Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Security Policy. |
